more about it

This is a webpage with the purpose of telling (& showing, possibly eventually) about this boardgame idea that I have been working on. It began with the tentative game name of "Wheelin n Dealin'" (earliest forms sometime around 2004 / 2005) then the maybe name change-up to "Wheelin' n Dealin': U.S.A." (recent 2011ish); and, although that name especially still fits with the game in it's orginal form, the game has morphed into something different than originally devised; while, still in a similar direction it has changed significantly, and, just today (Saturday, January 14, 2011), the new name of, (george's) hiway war has been given to it (my name to designate that it's my rendition of it not that the idea belongs to me).

My intent(s) in creating this take on this boardgame is multifold (not necessarily in this order & maybe more to my reason[s] to sort out and revise, organize and retype later on) ... it is for fun social interaction between players (it's a multiplayer boardgame); catharsis (it's a battle or war game, of sorts, though no guns; and, a roadmap game; etc); espousing and attempt at propagating liberty (some freedom that looks to've been taken in the name of safety [plant 'drugs'] instead of both the liberty and the safety maintaining priority; Maslovian Hierarchy and makin' a positive difference in my time on the planet Earth [liberty as stated]). This stating of my intent(s) is for informations sake to those maybe curious / interested / etc.. What it means to anyone else and what you choose to do with it I am sure, where I come from, is likely your business.

At present I think I would enjoy not only seeing the game in print for real (graphics I still mess with pedantically, like real slow; I am still on it while too distracted to focus on guitar study / practice at times); additionally, I wonder if it could / would make a fun online (internet / www) boardgame (I have no training nor connections to see it come to that).

As for copyright, trademark, patent ... any of that ... I probably couldn't produce it myself to make decent money anyway, and, maybe ain't much of anyone would get into it besides. You want the idea, hopefully you can't keep me from spendin' some of my 'leisure time' ('bout all I mess with these days not dealin' with alot) on it too so that I have a copy by my own hand to pass along as well. Anyone sees enough of anything in it and you're decent to want to try and pick it up from me up front (I can't deal with beatin' the streets to try and find you), where, again, I doubt it has the potential for in the marketplace, still, in case ... I'm still gettin' most of my email at:
Georgegbree@aol.com (please feel free to email, I'll try to say so in as many words if you propose something I am not up to)

typed/written (no revision to date): Saturday, January 14, 2011 ... presented in good faith,
George
